Hi, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are definitely happy to refund, replace or exchange any item purchased within 7 days of its purchase through our single, hassle-free process.

Any purchases placed during the holidays can certainly be returned during weekdays only for a full refund. All other rules of our ongoing return policy apply. Happy buying!

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

You can make a return within 7 days of your purchase date in one of two ways:

1. Simply contact our Customer Service department via e-mail at ‘info@crysclaire.com OR info@crystalclairecollection.com‘ or via telephone at +2348055052436 AND 08182225393 or equally through BBM…Our Pin is  564E0D83 to obtain a RETURN/EXCHANGE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Please write this number on your return label. Packages received without this number are subject to a restocking fee. You can return an item purchased physically to an address provided to you, after you have contacted  any of our customer serve personnels.

2. You can make an arrangement via e-mail or telephone call to one of our customer care personnels for our delivery staff to pick up the item you intend to return from an address you provide and return on your behalf to us. Please note that you would be chafed accordingly for this option.

All returned merchandise must include the original receipt/packing slip and tags in order to receive a refund to the original form of payment within 7 days of purchase.

Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment with the exception of:

1. No receipt or tag.

2. Purchases of gift cards: All purchases of gift cards are final. Gift cards, including gift cards given for returned merchandise, cannot be returned, exchanged or redeemed for cash (unless required by state law). and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

I RECEIVED A GIFT AND WANT TO RETURN IT. WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

Bring the item and your gift receipt to crystal claire store and a gift card will be issued in exchange for your gift return.

Please note that all gift card purchases are final. Gift cards, including gift cards given as store credit, cannot be returned, exchanged or redeemed for cash (unless required by individual state law), and they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Please contact Customer Service for additional terms and conditions.

RETURNING MERCHANDISE VIS INSURED SHIPMENT:

Please feel free to send package vis any convenient method (DHL, FEDEX etc). We advise that you obtain insurance and/or tracking services to protect yourself in the unlikely event that the package is damaged or lost in transit. The returned item MUST be new and unused, and must be shipped with all of its original packaging and enclosed materials.

As soon as we have received the returned merchandise, we will gladly refund you the full purchase price of the product. We will refund the purchase price in a payment method equivalent to the method used for purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for your credit to be processed and issued.
